Duties And Responsibilities

  • Processing transactions (cash and credit cards) and issuing receipts.
  • Capable of multitasking and managing a multiple-line phone system
  • Answers clients phone calls, needs, queries and addresses complaints.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or similar role.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related field
  • Hands-on experiences with office equipment, like printers and POS systems
  • Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude
