Job Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for welcoming guests, handling front desk operations, and providing administrative support to ensure a positive and professional experience for visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
- Manage visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating conference rooms
- Provide basic administrative support to HR and other departments
- Handle inquiries and direct concerns to the appropriate department
- Ensure office security by following visitor procedures
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk staff is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills
