Job Description

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for welcoming guests, handling front desk operations, and providing administrative support to ensure a positive and professional experience for visitors and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
  • Manage visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating conference rooms
  • Provide basic administrative support to HR and other departments
  • Handle inquiries and direct concerns to the appropriate department
  • Ensure office security by following visitor procedures

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk staff is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills
