Job Description

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day office activities within a lighting distribution and wholesale environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and route phone calls promptly and accurately
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, and basic information about LED and solar lighting products
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including couriers and deliveries
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as needed.
  • Schedule appointments of the Directors and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain logs and records of visitors, deliveries, and company forms.
  • Support company events and customer visits when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree Holder
  • Good in oral and written communication
  • Computer literate
  • Honest and Trustworthy
