For This Role, You Will Need:

6 months of relevant experience in Systems and Support eCommerce, ERP Business Systems, and Testing; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Knowledge of collaboration and workmanagement applications such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Experience or familiarity with data query languages and reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel, Access, PL/SQL, or Noetix Web Query.

Ability to write SQL scripts, dashboards, or workflows using MS Power Platforms.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and customer experience tools such as Oracle Service Cloud or Oracle Sales Cloud.

Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scaled Agile Framework).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields is a plus.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Perform endtoend support for Online Store, Oracle Configuration Tools, and integrated business systems, including maintaining and optimizing troubleshooting and test frameworks, gathering script data, executing recurring tasks, and managing requests or incidents from start to resolution.

Analyze and troubleshoot workflow errors, triggers, integration issues, data sync problems, and other system errors, escalating complex issues to functional teams.

Provide answers and guide users on how-to, navigation, or usage questions, draft and cascade announcements, maintenance notices, and resolution updates to users and stakeholders.

Extract and generate quantitative information from databases using standard and nonstandard queries; consolidate, clean, format, calculate, categorize, and combine extracted data from multiple sources; and interpret data to propose reporting process optimization.

Gather and analyze test requirements and create testing strategies for manual and automated testing to meet specific project needs.

Design, develop, and implement automated test infrastructure, reusable modules, test tools, and test documentation to enhance efficiency and consistency across systems.

Create and update technical documentation including work instructions, FAQs, and best practices, and conduct knowledgetransfer sessions.

Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives by working with business stakeholders to analyze operations and explore technology solutions.
