Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker located in Metro Manila. The Freight Broker will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods. Daily tasks include arranging and dispatching freight, negotiating contracts with carriers, managing customer accounts, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Skills in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage
• Experience in Customer Service and Account Management
• Dispatching experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field
