Remote editors will receive raw footage delivered via Google Drive and are expected to:
- Download footage from the shared Google Drive folder
- Edit locally using their own workstation
- Upload completed Premiere Pro project files back to the team (footage stays local only the project file needs to be returned, as our team holds the matched footage)
- Follow established folder and file naming conventions so footage relinks automatically upon delivery
- Note: Remote editors will not have direct access to the in-house RAID server. All file exchange is handled through Google Drive and Frame.io.
