Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking a driven HR & Talent Sourcing Consultant to support core HR functions with a strong focus on proactive talent identification and market intelligence. This role will play a key part in building robust talent pipelines and delivering actionable insights to support ongoing and upcoming hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR operations and coordination across relevant business units
- Lead candidate sourcing initiatives across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networks)
- Conduct detailed market mapping to identify talent pools, competitor landscapes, and skill availability
- Develop and maintain a structured external talent pipeline aligned with business requirements
- Engage with passive candidates and assess fitment against role mandates
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and refine sourcing strategies
- Track and report sourcing metrics, pipeline health, and market insights

Skills Required
- 5–6 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or executive search
- Strong expertise in candidate sourcing and market mapping, preferably in a consulting or fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to engage and convert passive talent
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- High level of ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with the Philippines talent market is essential
Preferred:
- Experience working on mid to senior-level hiring mandates
- Prior exposure to multi-industry or niche skill hiring
