Our client, a leading global investment firm, is looking for a Senior SCM ERP Functional Subject Matter Expert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Supply Chain Management (SCM) functional activities across the ERP lifecycle, from blueprinting to multi-entity rollout
- Drive business requirements gathering, process design, and gap analysis for SCM modules
- Review and validate ERP deliverables including configuration, test scripts, data migration plans, and training materials
- Ensure standardization and scalability of SCM processes across multiple entities aligned with global templates
- Oversee data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities, ensuring quality and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations) and implementation partners
- Provide functional guidance and sign-off on key project milestones and deliverables
- Ensure adherence to governance, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
- Support change management, user training, and post-go-live hypercare activities
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements
Skills Required
- Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes — Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Logistics, and Order Fulfillment
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (MM module) and full-cycle implementations (SAP ECC / S/4HANA / RISE / GROW)
- Proven experience in multi-entity / multi-site ERP rollouts and global template implementations
- Solid understanding of business process re-engineering and gap analysis
- Experience in data migration, system configuration, and testing (SIT/UAT)
- Knowledge of governance, internal controls, and compliance frameworks (IFRS/GAAP preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to lead workshops, drive discussions, and provide functional guidance to SMEs and business teams
- Experience in reporting & analytics within ERP systems
- Familiarity with integration of ERP with external systems (e.g., HIS, POS, billing systems) is a plus
