What are we looking for
- Experience in financial planning admin or platform operations
- Strong phone and written communication skills
- Knowledge of superannuation, rollovers, and pensions
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
- Empathy and patience when working with clients with complex needs
What will you do
- Open and manage client accounts (Netwealth, Super, Pension)
- Process rollovers, contributions, and pension setups
- Coordinate insurance applications and track progress
- Communicate with clients via phone, SMS, and email (plain English, patient approach)
- Track all activities in Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects
