Job Description

Schedule: 6:00AM-3:00PM PHT

What are we looking for

  • Experience in financial planning admin or platform operations
  • Strong phone and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of superannuation, rollovers, and pensions
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
  • Empathy and patience when working with clients with complex needs

What will you do

  • Open and manage client accounts (Netwealth, Super, Pension)
  • Process rollovers, contributions, and pension setups
  • Coordinate insurance applications and track progress
  • Communicate with clients via phone, SMS, and email (plain English, patient approach)
  • Track all activities in Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects
