About the Role

We are looking for a Part-Time Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visual assets for Happy Hour PH. This role focuses on creating digital designs that support marketing, e-commerce, and website needs while meeting weekly deliverables.

Duties and Responsibilities

Create graphic assets for Happy Hour PH, including:

• E-commerce banners and visuals
• Digital advertisements
• Product photos and visual enhancements
• Social media postings

Resize and optimize design assets for various platforms and formats

Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and visual standards

Manage job orders efficiently while meeting deadlines

Revise designs based on feedback and project requirements

Workload & Deliverables

Complete 5-10 job orders per week, depending on the scope and quantity of each request

Job orders may include:

• Website banners
• Product photos
• Resizing
• Digital ads

Working Arrangement

Work From Home

Must be on call and responsive for communications at least 2-3 hours per day, depending on e-commerce peak seasons

Flexible schedule, provided deadlines and communication requirements are met

Qualifications & Skills (optional but recommended)

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Graphic Artist

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Experience in digital ads, e-commerce visuals, or website design is a plus
