About the Role

We are hiring a Remote Graphic Designer based in the Philippines to support our growing marketing and client projects. This role is perfect for a designer who is creative, reliable, and experienced working with international clients.

You will create high-quality designs for social media, websites, ads, and branded materials while working remotely with a distributed team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visuals for:
• Social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Website banners, landing pages, and marketing assets
• Static ads and basic motion graphics (if capable)
• Pitch decks, PDFs, and presentations
• Brand kits, logos, and templates
• Follow brand guidelines and creative direction
• Work closely with marketing and leadership teams
• Handle revisions quickly and professionally
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Keep organized design files and templates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Graphic Designer (remote or agency experience preferred)
• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (InDesign a plus)
• Canva (advanced level required)
• Strong understanding of:
• Typography, layout, color theory
• Branding and marketing design
• Comfortable working with Western clients and feedback
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (English written & spoken)
• Stable internet connection and reliable work setup

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut)
• UI/UX or web design experience (Figma, Webflow)
• Experience with paid ad creatives
• Experience working with B2B brands, agencies, or startups

Work Setup & Expectations

• Remote, home-based position
• Must be reliable during agreed working hours
• Able to attend occasional Zoom/Google Meet calls
