What are we looking for
Skills Required
- Essential: Demonstrated experience in Australian financial planning/paraplanning
- Proficiency using any financial platform such as Plutosoft, CRM (which ones), Xplan/AdviserLogic/Midwinter; strong Excel/Sheets
- Impeccable data accuracy, file notes, and record-keeping
- Team player: proactive, comfortable making calls, deadline/KPI-reliable
- Nice to have: RG146 (preferred, not required)
- Excellent written English
What will you do
- Craft audit-ready SOAs/ROAs with accurate, traceable calcs
- Turn strategy into client-friendly narratives that meet AU compliance &
disclosure standards
- Call providers to verify fees/features and capture disclosures precisely
- Compare platforms; document fee/feature/performance rationale
- Collaborate across advice & ops; step in to help teammates and close loops

- Maintain templates/SOPs to lift first-pass rate and reduce TAT
