Fractional CFO (Consultancy)

We are seeking a Fractional CFO to provide strategic financial leadership on a part-time basis, overseeing financial planning, tax, investments, and overall finance operations. This role will work closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance, improve processes, and support key business decisions while ensuring strong financial governance.

The ideal candidate has proven executive-level finance experience, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage finance operations in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting
• Oversee tax, investment, and cash flow management
• Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making
• Manage and guide the finance team to ensure operational efficiency
• Strengthen financial controls, reporting, and compliance processes

Qualifications:

• CPA or CMA preferred
• Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles
• Strong expertise in strategic finance, tax, and investments
• Proven ability to partner with executives and lead finance teams
