The Financial Analyst (FP&A) drives the financial planning process, produces operational and financial reporting, and performs in‑depth analysis that translates data into actionable insights.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain operational budgets, forecasts, and performance driver models (revenue, margin, OPEX, headcount).
- Prepare, analyze, and deliver monthly financial statements and performance reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Conduct proactive financial analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and cost optimization levers.
- Review income statements and accounting data to ensure alignment with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Gather, validate, and compile financial and operational data from multiple sources to create high-quality reports.
- Assess and improve complex financial and accounting processes, enhancing accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with Managing Partners and cross-functional teams to support planning cycles, performance discussions, and action plans.
- Deliver ad-hoc financial reports and analysis, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Support continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes using advanced Excel and basic-to-intermediate AI and BI skills to improve timeliness and visibility.
- Supports enterprise-wide initiatives through cross-functional collaboration.
- May support additional tasks as required by the immediate supervisor.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
- Certifications in Finance and Microsoft tools are a plus.
- 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role.
