Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you'll identify opportunities, mitigate financial risks, and ensure reliable execution of planning and controlling tasks. This role is essential in shaping the performance management cycle and driving business success through data-driven analysis.
What You'll Do
- Support the FP&A Manager in executing the performance management cycle, including rolling forecasts, target setting, and stakeholder alignment.
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate business trends, performance, and projections, creating clear insights for senior management.
- Champion the P&L by ensuring transparency and accurate reporting across functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business models and assess financial impact for strategic decisions.
- Prepare monthly reports, drive process improvements, and contribute to automation and standardization initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 34 years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or business analysis.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, P&L, balance sheet, statutory compliance, and audit processes.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in financial tools and data management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
