FP&A Analyst

About The Role

We're hiring an FP&A Analyst | Investment Support to support a growing founder-led investment

platform across FP&A, financial reporting, business analysis, investment support, and operational finance initiatives.

This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical and reporting capabilities who is

looking to expand their exposure across strategic finance, investment operations, real estate, and business performance analysis within a lean and entrepreneurial environment.

The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in FP&A, financial analysis, or management reporting, is highly comfortable working with data and financial models, and enjoys operating in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with broad business exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & FP&A

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports across multiple entities

• Assist with budget vs. actual analysis and identify key business performance drivers

• Build and maintain financial models, KPI trackers, dashboards, and reporting templates

• Support cash tracking, reconciliations, and financial reporting workflows

• Analyze financial and operational data to support management decision-making

• Coordinate with accounting teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting

• Assist with management and investor reporting packages

Investment & Deal Support

• Support investment analysis, underwriting, and acquisition evaluations using existing

templates and models

• Assist with cash flow analysis, return calculations, and deal performance tracking

• Help prepare investment summaries, presentations, and deal memos

• Support due diligence processes by coordinating documents and financial information

• Maintain acquisition trackers, pipeline reports, and supporting documentation

Strategic Finance & Process Improvement

• Help improve financial reporting workflows and operational processes

• Assist in developing Excel-based tools, dashboards, and automation initiatives

• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects

• Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency using technology or AI tools

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, strategic finance, business analysis, or

analytical accounting roles

• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, including experience with reporting, variance

analysis, and data analysis

• Experience preparing management reporting, reconciliations, forecasting support, or business

performance analysis

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Ability to operate independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and execution skills

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to investment support, acquisitions, real estate, private equity, or multi-entity

business environments

• Experience working with ERP/accounting systems such as Yardi, NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP,

or similar platforms

• Exposure to financial modeling, forecasting, or operational finance analysis

• Experience supporting audits, due diligence, or investor reporting processes

• Interest in automation, process improvement, and AI-enabled workflows
