Job Summary:
Primarily responsible for administrative support relating to gathering of documents for ROPA Booking, preparation and filing of WOP petitions, maintenance and updating of ROPA-NAFS Database, and providing assistance to the foreclosure processing team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Gathers or collates documents necessary for ROPA booking of accounts
- Processes publication billings through the Purchasing System
- Assists the Legal Team in the processing of requests for payment of litigation expenses through the Purchasing System (PS), in reimbursement of litigation expenses and out-of-pocket expenses of in-house legal officers
- Assists the business team in the liquidation of revolving fund for RD Fees
- Facilitate vehicle requests of the team
- Performs other related tasks as may be assigned to her by the Team or the Unit
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree graduate
- At least 2-3 years of experience in banking, real estate, legal and remedial management
- Must be willing to be assigned and work onsite in Ortigas
