Business Unit Orchestration
Coordinate and challenge targets across all Shopee PH business units (Marketing, Logistics, BD). You are the glue that ensures cross-functional alignment
Controllership & Optimization
Oversee the financial health of a billion-dollar budget. You will review the Optimization and Justification workstreams to ensure capital efficiency and high ROI on all spending
High-Stakes Reporting
Directly support the Head of PH FP&A in preparing board-level materials and strategic reviews. You will translate complex data into narratives for C-suite decision-making
Team Leadership
Mentor and manage teams of specialized contributors, fostering a culture of rigorous analytical excellence and proactive problem-solving
Requirements
47 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB preferred) or investment banking. We value the structural thinking and first-principles approach typical of these environments
Advanced financial modeling is a baseline. You should possess the ability to build what-if scenarios that account for competitor moves (Lazada, Temu, TikTok Shop) and macroeconomic shifts
A Business owner mentality. You don't just report numbers; you identify leakage, propose pivots, and drive the business forward
Mastery of Excel is required; familiarity with SQL is a significant plus for navigating our BI data infrastructure
A degree in finance, economics, or engineering from a top-tier global or local university
