Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the F&B Subject Matter Expert for all training, focusing on Front-of-House (FOH) and Food & Beverage operations.
  • Develop and deliver process training for FOH teams, emphasizing F&B workflows, guest service standards, and operational procedures.
  • Support onboarding of all new staff and assist the L&D Manager with training-related activities.
  • Track training progress, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Work with Operations Managers to ensure training reflects current procedures, service standards, and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of hands-on hospitality operations experience across one or more departments, preferably F&B or Butler services.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations, guest service standards, and health, hygiene, and safety practices in FOH (certification in food safety/HACCP/ServSafe is a plus)
  • Experience in training facilitation or delivering operational process training.
