Training Manuals & SOP Compliance - Leads training programs focused on the brand specific procedures, expectations.
Ensure Consistency Across Brand -Support multiple brand to maintain uniformity in brand representations.
People Development- Identify and develop employees who can champion the brand within the organization.
Team Collaboration & Support -Encourages teamwork by participating actively in team initiatives and fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
Support New Store Opening - Provides support during the launch of new stores, including staff training and ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Feedback Collection & Action - Gathers feedback from employees and customers to help improve training processes and customer experience.
Reporting and Documentation -Accurate and timely documentation of training, policy violations, and incidents.
Administrative Duties - Effective coordination with management and punctual scheduling of sessions.
CEO MANDATE -Implement training programs that meet the development benchmarks as outlined by company leadership.
Experience & Background Minimum of 1 year experience in a food service or quick-service restaurant setting. Preferably 6 months to 1 year experience as a senior crew, team leader, or acting trainer
Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of store operations (kitchen, service, cashier, or bar as applicable). Able to demonstrate expert-level skills on all key stations Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills. Skilled in giving feedback, conducting demos, and documenting performance. Must be tech-savvy and knowledgeable in using: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Canva or other basic design tools for creating training materials

Education At least a Senior High School Graduate College level or graduate is a plus, especially in HRM, Tourism, or Education 6. Availability Must be flexible with shifting schedules, extended hours, and store reassignments Willing to work on weekends, holidays, or during rollouts as needed
