The Food and Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Laoag, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department. Key responsibilities include ensuring quality service, managing staff training, maintaining budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves planning and supervising the preparation, presentation, and delivery of food and beverages while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Strong proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations to ensure high-quality standards are consistently met.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to maintain guest satisfaction and handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Experience in employee Training to ensure team members meet performance expectations and service standards.
• Proven ability in Budgeting to manage costs effectively and achieve financial objectives.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage teams and ensure seamless collaboration.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
