Job Description:
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable Philippine labor regulations, particularly in relation to third-party workforce coordination.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Reporting Manager
- Monitor and support day-to-day warehouse operations across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with KPIs (productivity, SLA compliance, quality, and cost efficiency).
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound, outbound, returns, and endorsement activities within agreed service levels.
- Identify operational gaps, process deviations, and non-compliance implement corrective actions and escalate as necessary.
- Act as the point of coordination between Site Supervisors and stakeholders to manage and de-escalate operational issues.
- Align manpower requirements with forecasted volumes coordinate with relevant teams to ensure proper staffing and efficient resource utilization.
- Ensure proper handling, sorting, and packaging of parcels in accordance with company and client standards.
- Monitor and report operational performance, including productivity, quality metrics, and incident reports.
- Support cost efficiency initiatives and continuous process improvements across the cluster.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably handling multiple sites.
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PL).
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, KPI management, and process standardization.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and handle operational escalations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel across assigned warehouse sites
