Seasonal months are February, March, April, September, October and November.
Floor Plan Editor
This role is in charge of drafting real estate floor plans on a daily basis. This role requires expertise in Autocad, 3D software, and has the ability to maintain the standard efficiency, follow client guidelines, and achieve good quality required for job delivery with minimal errors and downtime.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Production
- Reporting directly to the Floor Plan Shift Asst. Managers
- Responsible for making floor plans with 24-hour turn around time following any of the product types:
- On-site Sketch (Scaled Method or Traced)
- Redraw (Scale Method or Traced)
- 3D Floor Plans
- Lidar Plans
- Accomplishes assigned jobs in a timely manner, depending on the drafting style given
- Reports to QC's irregularities and inadequacies in the job such as missing details, raw and instruction
- Learns and acquires new skills necessary for new floor plan and visualization products, as required
Others
- Attends weekly department meetings to be up-to-date with production and operations concerns
- Carries out any other work-related tasks deemed necessary by management
Job Requirements and Pre-requisites:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years work experience
- Must have at least 1 year of experience of similar work
- Hands-on experience and proficiency in Autocad software
- Must have good knowledge of architectural standards and ability to interpret floor plans
- Knowledge in architectural and other visual software such as 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, Vray and Photoshop is not required, but an advantage
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have a fast learning curve
- Must have a positive disposition
- Experience in the real estate or marketing industry is preferred, but not required
- Willing to work in the night shift
- Hybrid Work Setup (3 days work in the office and 2 days work from home)
- Will work in the office on days as advised by the company.

- Home internet speed of at least 50 MBPS and must have a back-up internet provider.
- Must report to the office should there be any internet or power interruptions in the area of residence.
