About The Role
The Flexible Benefits Administrator (Fixed-Term) supports the Rewards Officer in managing and processing transactions related to the Flexible Benefits (FlexBen) program. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely administration of employee benefits.
How you'll contribute
- Assist in compiling headcount data essential for FlexBen program administration
- Support the processing of FlexBen transactions, including cost accruals, allocations, payroll entries, and adjustments due to employee movements (e.g., resignations)
- Review termination worksheets from the FlexBen vendor and complete clearance workflows for resigning employees
- Participate in monthly reconciliation of FlexBen accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Validate billing statements from HMO and Group Life Insurance (GLI) vendors
- Prepare payroll instructions for FlexBen-related credits or deductions based on employee benefit selections
- Maintain and update process documentation related to FlexBen program administration
- Release reminders and announcements related to Flexa transactions to keep stakeholders informed and ensure timely processing
- Respond to queries via the HeRO Helpdesk, providing accurate and timely assistance to address concerns and maintain smooth operations
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or any related field
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in benefits administration and/or HR operations
- Preferably with accounting background
- Open to assume a Fixed-Term Employment contract for 1 year
