Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and identify opportunities for new product development and market expansion.
Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to clients, offering tailored flavour solutions that meet their specific needs in terms of taste, quality, and regulations.
Meet and exceed sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry, with a specific focus on flavours, ingredients, or food additives.
Strong understanding of the flavours and ingredients industry, including trends, product applications, and regulatory standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
