Job Title: Fixed Asset Accountant

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa (3 times a week RTO -Hybrid)

Mode of Hiring: Full-time Contract

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the Fixed Asset inventory process in accordance with the company policy. Ensure that the fixed assets inventories are performed, reconciled, and action items are resolved in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement a standard process for asset tagging across business units
• Assign Fixed Asset tag number of each asset, print the tag, distribute the tag respective asset owners.
• Work closely with operations and support ensuring the integrity of the Fixed Assets accounting data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements standardization and automation initiatives

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Accounting or Accounting-related course
• At least one (1) year experience Accounting or Accounting-related functions
• Possesses analytical skills and must have knowledge in basics for Fixed-Asset Accounting
• Knowledge on ERP
