Fixed Asset Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with fixed asset policies and procedures.
• Review and suggest updates to fixed asset policies when needed.
• Monitor fixed asset inventory including additions, disposals, transfers, and other related activities.
• Oversee annual physical inventory counts for all facilities.
• Run monthly depreciation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related course
• Background in Accounting or as a Fixed Assets (FA) Accountant
• Knowledge of Journal Entries and Accounting Standards
• Experience in General Ledger reconciliation and GL account analysis
• Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to use a Fixed Asset Management System
