Job Description
The Supply Support ensures the execution of dispatch plans by coordinating vehicle supply, making proper communications, and confirming truck assignments. This role bridges the planning and execution gap by validating actual commitments in real time while also supporting operations through accurate data input, tracking, and reporting
Key Roles
- Coordinate with vendors for daily manpower supply and dispatch confirmation
- Escalate gaps between planned vs. committed manpower
- Track real-time dispatch execution and concern escalation
- Support contingency execution and urgent callouts during critical hours
- Manage site personnels and ensure KPIs are met
Responsibilities
- Make daily communications to agencies to confirm manpower dispatch based on plan
- Update live trackers to reflect confirmed headcount and their status
- Escalate no-shows, delays, or under-commitments to the agencies
- Coordinate with Operations on deployment and manpower/truck status
- Log deployments and recovery actions taken during shortfalls and emergencies
- Ensure site and personnel readiness during Go-lives or ramp up.
- Ensuring asset/truck readiness and proper communications with maintenance for any repairs and escalations
Requirements
Requirements:
- Strong negotiation, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheet, Slides)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of handling and guiding multiple site personnel
- Understanding of vehicle specifications, industry trends, and lifecycle costing is desirable.
- Strong ethical standards, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to travel occasionally may be required.
Personal Attributes
- Strong communication and coordination skills (via call/chat/email)
- Familiarity with dispatch flow and field operations
- Basic Excel/Sheets skills for updating trackers
- Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
