Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end financial reporting, ensuring the integrity of financial statements and driving continuous process optimization to support organizational growth and transformation. In this role, you will collaborate across functions, direct reporting processes, and use your expertise to ensure accurate and actionable insights for senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the comprehensive end-to-end Budget/Latest Estimate (LE) planning and reporting cycle, including the preparation and review of all necessary exhibits.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in managing the planning and reporting for key financial areas: Total Company P&L, cross-functional Non-Variable Overheads (NVOs), Balance Sheet, Cash Generation, and Net Working Capital.
- Drive the monthly reporting process:
- Provide timely NVO reports and insightful commentary to functional leaders.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting submission to Division and Corporate.
- Generate monthly Revenue Growth Management (RGM) reports to drive proactive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the integrity of financial data by tracking and monitoring monthly actual expenditures across SAP and Business Intelligence platforms.
- Drive NVO Fueling the Growth (FTG) initiatives, which includes facilitating brainstorming sessions, tracking execution progress, and ensuring delivery against goals.
- Support evolving business needs including business transformation, scenario planning and variance analysis
- Long term aspiration for this role should be managing the end to end brand growth plan and laser sharp focus on working with commercial teams with small sub categories to begin with
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of diversified financial experience, ideally within reporting, analysis, and budgeting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite and demonstrated experience with SAP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.
- Experience in financial reporting for large-scale, complex organizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Consumer Goods industry or a multinational corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence without authority.
- Strong learning agilitycomfortable with change, continuous improvement, and process innovation.
- Assertive communicator with proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
