Job Description

Job Summary

The Financial Reporting Manager prepares monthly and quarterly U.S. GAAP financial statements, leads Workiva reporting processes synchronized with NetSuite, and manages consolidated cash flow reporting. The role ensures reporting accuracy, drives automation initiatives, supports compliance efforts, and collaborates with auditors, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

To lead and mentor a team to oversee departmental goals, and contribute to strategic financial reporting and decision-making.

Draft and review monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages under U.S. GAAP.

Prepare and analyze consolidated cash flow statements.

Serve as the Workiva subject-matter expertsupporting system setup, reporting automation, and NetSuite syncing.

Maintain and optimize templates, dashboards, reporting models, and Workiva outputs.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors on financial reporting and technical accounting areas.

Support investor reporting requirements and handle financial data requests.

Participate in developing automated and enhanced reporting tools and processes.

Assist in SOX or internal control compliance efforts.

Take part in ad hoc analysis, special projects, and cross-functional support.

Draft, maintain, and update accounting policies, technical position papers, and documentation.

Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders through written reports and verbal discussions.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience using NetSuite ERP.

Experience using Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

Knowledge in U.S. GAAP and consolidated financial statement preparation.

To lead and mentor a team to oversee departmental goals, and contribute to strategic financial reporting and decision-making.

Has background in preparing cash flow statements.

Experience working in multinational or shared-services environments.

Collaborate effectively with auditors and stakeholders.

Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English.

Screening Criteria

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in financial reporting or corporate accounting.

Must have a stable employment history.
