Role Description

The Financial Reporting Senior Associate will manage financial statements, ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, and provide critical insights through financial analysis. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting in audits. The role also involves collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
• In-depth knowledge of Finance principles and practices
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in financial analysis and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
• Proficiency in financial software and tools; familiarity with compliance reporting requirements is advantageous
