Job Purpose:
The Financial Reporting Analyst Lead will transform complex financial data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and enhance business performance. This role ensures accurate, timely financial reporting for various internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee preparation, analysis, and distribution of recurring management reports and ensure adherence to reporting timelines.
- Coordinate data collection for budgeting and consolidation processes and support process improvements.
- Perform data analytics to evaluate business processes and provide data-driven insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and enhance reporting solutions.
- Assist in maintaining data integrity across all financial analyses and reporting functions.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of financial reporting (statutory and managerial).
- At least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role with strong analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills with experience in stakeholder management.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and present clear insights.
