Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist is responsible for the following:
Profit Management & Strategies
- Develop 5-year financial plan for districts, aligned with RBU.
- Lead districts financial budget and administrative cost.
- Interpret profit performance against annual budget.
- Evaluate financial analysis affecting district profit.
- Recommend profit maximization opportunities.
- Provide and evaluate restaurant forecasts.
- Analyze monthly administrative costs.
- Develop Gross Profit Plan for districts.
Management Reporting & Analysis
- Provide and interpret financial/non-financial information.
- Implement changes in financial and management reporting.
- Provide reports to Senior Finance Manager and Operations Director.
- Present financial performance during District Team Meetings.
Financial Advisory Services
- Supervise financial operations of districts.
- Implement streamlined financial activities.
- Optimize financial decision-making using key measures.
- Evaluate network plans impacting financial viability.
Financial Governance
- Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
- Interface with corporate group on restaurant requirements.
- Provide efficiency recommendations.
- Train internal and external clients.
- Ensure insurance coverage for Company-Owned restaurants.
Financial Information Management
- Manage financial information resources.
- Translate data into meaningful information using charts and analytic tools.
- Develop tools for critical financial and operational information.
Job Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Finance, Management Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Science and Engineering or related courses
- At least 3 years of experience in finance.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid set-up).
