Job Description

About the Company

We are a premier global leader in the engineering and manufacturing of electric motors, motion control products, and power transmission solutions. Our products are essential components in infrastructure, high-tech industrial automation, and energy-efficient systems worldwide. We are seeking a sharp, data-driven FP&A Senior Analyst to join our finance team and help steer our fiscal strategy.

The Role

As a member of the FP&A team, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, translating complex financial data into actionable insights that drive growth and operational efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget/Forecast) to identify trends and risks.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and the multi-year strategic financial roadmap.
  • Operational Partnership: Work closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to analyze cost of goods sold (COGS), margins, and inventory health.
  • Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate capital expenditures (CapEx), M&A opportunities, and ROI on new product launches.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly presentation decks for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CMA/CPA is a plus).
  • Experience: At least 3 years of progressive experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Technical Chops: Advanced Excel skills and experience with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, OneStream, or Hyperion).
  • Strategic Thinking: A natural curiosity to look beyond the spreadsheet to understand the why behind the numbers.
  • Communication: The ability to explain the story of the data to non-finance stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Why Join Us

  • Impact: Your work directly influences the investment decisions of a multi-billion dollar global organization.
  • Growth: We believe in internal mobility and providing the tools for you to advance your career.
  • Culture: A collaborative, high-integrity environment driven by a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
