General Role Description

As FP&A Senior Analyst, you will take part in key activities of the team related to monthly / periodical reporting, monitoring, planning and analysis for the Global Consolidations team, working closely with Functional and Regional FP&A teams and other cross-functional & cross-regional teams to support Global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will support the FP&A Team with:

  • Support the Global month-end forecasting and budgeting process
  • Development, preparation, and improvement of management reporting.
  • Supporting other team members with recurring activities and Ad-hoc analysis and investigations.
  • Leverage technology to aid in the continuous improvement of reports and analysis

Requirements

Education: University Degree in Economics or Finance or equivalent

Experience And Key Skills

  • 3-4 years postgraduate experience in FP&A, Audit or Controlling is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel is a must).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ability to work with figures and complex calculations.
  • Experience with reporting tools as HFM, EPM, Hyperion Planning, Microsoft Power BI and automation tools is preferable.
  • Oracle ERP knowledge is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and team working approach.
  • Mindset centered on ownership and accountability.
  • Problem solving attitude.
  • Resilience, tolerance towards ambiguity, uncertainty, and risk.
  • Language skills: English Minimum C1 required.
