As Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for leading the company's financial planning, budgeting, and reporting functions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and providing management with timely, accurate, and relevant financial insights. The role oversees the preparation, review, and analysis of financial performance against targets, prepares management reports, and supports internal and external reporting requirements and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with cross functional teams to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Consolidate, analyze, and present variance analysis and explanation of financial statements against prior year and budgets; and highlight key issues to the C9PI CFO and the ARI AVP of FBPPRM for comments, recommendation, and resolution.
• Prepares monthly management reports with detailed analysis and submits them to the C9PI CFO and the ARI AVP of FBPPRM for presentation to C9PI Board, ARI Mancom, and all other internal and external groups.
• Recommends improvements in standardization of analysis and presentation of financial and operational information across all different BUs. This shall include but is not limited to:

> Standardization of financial planning and budgeting reporting process, and monitoring of the preparation of the key accounts of the BU for the budgeting process.

> Reviews all processes, policies, and standards across the finance and accounting area and ensures that these are properly defined and rolled out across the BU

• Resolves issues related to finance and accounting issues. Escalate as needed for further guidance and resolution.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentation materials, and deck for board meetings and other senior executive requests.
• Support finance system-related projects, roll-outs, and issue resolution as far as business content is concerned ensuring its success.

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

• Can understand and apply GAAP concepts, standards, regulations and practices to the company's financial operations and reporting; can create policies that reflect and/or respond to relevant GAAP, business and industry requirements based on relevant updates and trends
• Able to consolidate, review, and maintain the company's approved budget and related system, including variance analysis, forecasting, and other budget-based analyses, studies, and reports
• Able to understand, identify and mitigate risks which can impact key financial indicators of the company which includes but not limited to revenue, profit, cost, debt-service coverage, internal rate of return, return on capital employed, etc.
• Able to understand importance of complying to government and regulatory requirements and practices; can apply appropriate laws and rules relevant to own function's transactions/engagements
• Able to create a financial planning reports based on assessment of current and potential future financial performance of the organization and use these information as basis for investment actions and recommendations

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or other relevant course
• 7 years of relevant experience
• With extensive knowledge in financial planning and analysis, budget preparation and management;
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred

Technical / Functional Skills:

• Proficient in computer applications
