Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Planning Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for driving financial insights that support strategic decisions and operational efficiency. You will analyze financial data, develop forecasts and budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of insurance operations, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• CPA or CFA certification is a must
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI

• Experience in cost-benefit analysis

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferably familiar with insurance brokerage operations, including commission structures, policy

lifecycle, and the Philippine insurance regulations (e.g., IC Circulars, AMLA compliance).
