REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- Certificated Public Accountant (required)
- At least 3 to 10 years of professional experience in external audit / financial planning and analysis
- Preferably with work experience in energy or holding industry (specifically handled conglomerate consolidation and experienced business combinations)
- Technical knowledge in Philippine Financial Reporting Standards is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and team mentality
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze financial and operational results of all Business Units and the Group
- Review consolidation of forecast, and budget prepared
- Evaluate the actuals, forecast, and budget of all the Business Units and Group
- Provide detailed analysis and commentary on the performance of all Business Units and the Group and recommend actions.
- Prepare management reports (e.g. variance analysis), scenario planning, ad-hoc reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Review consolidated financial information, financial statements, and other regulatory reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Produce models to forecast short-term growth.
- Assist in establishing policies and procedures that guide cost analyses.
