What You'll Do:
- Lead the consolidation and analysis of financial data across the SM Retail Group
- Translate numbers into actionable insights and recommendations for management
- Partner with different business units to understand performance drivers and financial impact
- Support strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis and ad hoc reporting

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
- At least 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Audit
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
