Financial Planning Analyst

Role Overview

The Financial Planning Analyst supports the organization's planning, budgeting, and financial analysis functions. The role involves working closely with various departments and institutions to provide data-driven insights and support strategic initiatives. It offers exposure to strategy, cross-functional planning, and institutional growth projects.

What you'll be doing

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Analyze financial performance and provide insights on spending and trends

Prepare and consolidate data for planning, reporting, and organizational reviews

Support process improvements related to planning, budgeting, and resource use

Contribute to data preparation and coordination for expansion and M&A initiatives

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on planning-related activities

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business, or Finance

12 years of relevant experience in planning, analysis, or audit

Advanced proficiency in Office 365 specially Excel (familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite is a plus)

Strong analytical and communication skills

Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a flexible, evolving environment
