Responsible for defining, measuring, and analyzing, gaps in optimization of revenues and margins. Act as a Finance Business Partner to the operations team and support them with forecasting, financial analysis and direction in line with the trusted advisor model. Responsible for the continuity of the respective leader's growth strategy and supporting finance processes innovation/enhancement:
- Acts as liaison between the finance & operations department,
- Assisting in preparation of forecasts and annual operating department budgets,
- Responsible for ad-hoc analysis as well as Financial Reporting & Presentation,
- Timely and correct submission of deliverables (such as monthly reporting, forecasting & variance analysis) as well as owning change management initiatives coming from global finance (head office)
- Recognizing opportunities and providing recommendations for improvement by acting as a business partner to the business teams
- Preparing and reviewing case profitability data to ensure completeness, accuracy, timeliness and high data quality. Produce project profitability reports, analyze billing models & Statement of Works (SOWs) profitability and analysis, etc. as required
- Responsible for developing strategies to fulfill the vision set by the Site Lead for Digital Operations and Digital Solutions
- Provides gap analysis and works with the AGM to realize optimization based on the analysis and respective account SOW/Billing model
- Track data on all fronts that require accurate budgeting and tracking actuals vs. budget performance such as maintaining headcount, headcount assignment to projects, budget by project, etc.
- Support the global finance team's vision locally (The Philippines) by setting up product profitability & a product P&L to better track P&L performance by product portfolios and drive superior business performance
- Execute other tasks and projects as required by the operational and finance business partners
