PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Financial Planning and Analysis Assistant Manager will act as finance business partner and will be responsible for providing financial data to management that can be used for decision-making. The position will also be responsible for providing support to new projects, which includes pricing determination, forecasting and providing financial advice to ensure that only sound and financially viable projects are implemented.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Analysis
- Provide assistance to top management on analysis of business models/scenarios to assist them on decision-making
- Provide assistance for various financial data requested by corporate headquarters
Support for New Projects
- Provide recommendation on pricing structure for new services that ZPC plans to implement
- Prepare forecast to determine the projects financial viability
Compliance
- Review and analyze the compliance of contracts which include but not limited to distribution margin and value-added services
- Provide support to Operations in checking on the various projects implemented
Pricing
- Serve as business partner for pricing and strategy for ZPC value-added services
Planning & Budgeting
- Assist in preparing the annual budget and regular forecast in conjunction to the requirement of the regional head office and management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of BS Accountancy; preferably CPA or MBA graduate
- At least 3 years related work experience
- Has working knowledge on budgeting and forecasting, and business modeling and pricing
- Has background on Philippine taxation (local and national)
- Proficient in MS Office operations especially Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Preferably with SAP
