Job Description

As an Associate, you'll help clients identify key business and financial risks in relation to the planned acquisition, divestment, capital raising and make recommendations to address such risks. Responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:

  • Understand industry trends and regulatory environment in which the target company operates
  • Review key contract terms with customers, debtors, suppliers, shareholders and related parties
  • Perform historical trending analysis to understand the underlying business drivers of the target company
  • Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends in the business area.
  • Prepare report on key business and financial observations/findings and corresponding recommendations to mitigate or eliminate risks
  • Prepare related documents such as presentation materials, due diligence lists, project briefs
  • Conduct research on target clients, investment opportunities, and key industries

Requirements:

  • B.S. Accountancy graduate from a reputable school, preferably a CPA
  • Previous audit or M&A-related experience, a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-starter, willing to learn and can easily adapt in while working in a fast-paced environment
