Business Development

  • Pursue new opportunities within the Southeast Asia region
  • Identify market gaps and emerging client needs in financial crime compliance.
  • Lead proposal development and pitch presentations for new engagements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives, regulators, and industry stakeholders.

Delivery and Operations:

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of financial crime engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Implement standardized methodologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with PwC's quality standards, independence requirements, and regulatory expectations

Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in financial crime compliance, consulting, or regulatory roles.
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Must be amenable to work full onsite in Ayala, Makati from Mondays Fridays.
