What You'll Do:
- Prepare accurate financial projections, forecasts, and budgets.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to support business strategies.
- Manage payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and ensuring compliance with all payroll regulations.
- Build visually compelling dashboards, graphs, and reports.
- Create polished presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modeling.
- Experience creating dashboards and visual presentations (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex numbers into clear insights.
