Financial Controller

We are looking for an experienced Controller to join a finance team and oversee accounting operations for US-based businesses. This role is ideal for professionals who have managed the full accounting cycle, led month-end close, and partnered with business stakeholders to improve financial performance.

The Opportunity

Candidates with experience as Controllers, Assistant Controllers, Senior Accounting Managers, or Fractional CFOs supporting US businesses are encouraged to apply.

What You Will Own

• Own the end-to-end accounting function for one or multiple US entities/clients
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, reconciliations, and fixed assets
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, KPIs, budgets, and forecasts
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
• Support process improvements and ERP implementations

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of accounting and finance experience, including significant US exposure
• CPA, CA, CMA, or ACCA preferred
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience working directly with US clients or US-based companies
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders
