Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the global financial infrastructure, driving high-performance accounting operations and robust financial reporting frameworks.
- Serve as the liaison to the Executive Team and senior leadership, providing critical insights to inform enterprise-wide business strategy.
- Direct the enterprise risk management strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance and safeguarding global assets against evolving financial risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a required CPA certification.
- Minimum of twelve to fifteen (12–15) years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
- At least five to ten (5–10) years in a significant senior leadership capacity within a complex, global environment.
- Two to three (2–3) years of experience operating at a Director level.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements, with a demonstrated ability to oversee audits and ensure compliance.
