About the Role

As Regional Financial Controller, you will be the key driver of financial integrity and compliance for entities across the Indo-Pacific region. You'll manage statutory accounting, financial controls, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international standards. This role also involves strategic business partnering, supporting growth initiatives, and leading a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Control

• Oversee statutory accounting and financial reporting for regional entities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local tax regulations.
• Manage audits, tax filings, and transfer pricing reviews.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices.

Strategic Finance & Analysis

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Provide actionable insights and business intelligence to senior leadership.
• Support strategic projects and commercial decision-making.

Cash & Risk Management

• Manage cash flow forecasting, funding, and liquidity.
• Oversee foreign exchange exposure and hedging strategies.

People Leadership

• Build and develop a motivated, high-performing finance team.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and change management leadership.

Business Partnering

• Advise on contract performance, pricing, and profitability.
• Collaborate on tender responses and commercial modeling.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 10+ years in finance/accounting leadership roles within multinational environments. MUST have experience working with US based companies or has worked in the USA previously.

Qualifications: CPA or MBA preferred; strong technical accounting expertise.

Skills: Strategic thinking, leadership, and ability to manage complex financial operations.

Knowledge: IFRS, tax laws, audit processes, and shared service environments.

Bonus: Experience in government contracting or professional services industry.
