In this full-time position based in Novaliches Quezon City, you will play a vital role in ensuring the company's financial processes and controls are robust and effective. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards of governance and compliance.

Experienced in:

• Internal Compliance and ISO Auditing
• Monthly cash count and reconciliation
• Branch audits, including ROCC & MSP (Asset & Armory) reviews
• Identifying, escalating, and resolving compliance issues
• Preparing management reports and audit findings
• Implementing quality and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years financial analysis and modeling experience
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Can work on the on-site setup
• Can work in a shifting schedule
