Overview:
Join Xerox as a Finance Analyst within the Record to Report (R2R) organization, where you will support critical accounting and financial close activities for Service Accounting operations. In this role, you will perform complex financial analysis, support month-end close processes, and help ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve accounting processes and support accurate financial reporting.

What You Will Do:
- Execute month-end close activities for Service Accounting accounts
- Run accounting close models and process data files for financial reporting activities
- Prepare monthly corporate financial submissions and disclosures
- Support audits by providing financial documentation and supporting records
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting operations and efficiency
What You Need to Succeed:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Basic understanding of MS Access and SQL
- Effective communication and collaboration skills within a finance environment
